The 18 Brumaire analyses and recounts the counter-revolution of French bourgeoisie that will bring about the coup and the concentration of all power in the hands of Louis Bonaparte. I was reading it lately and l couldn't help but noticing how close to that historical period is the political situation in several parts of the world today.
